The rooms are cleaned once a week. You can only get clean linen and towels if you bring the dirty stuff to them first. When you walk on the carpet your feet turn black. The bath tub had a yellow mold ring around it. The shower mats were very slick because the grip is worn.. The air conditioner turns on but does not blow air. Sketchy people are living in the hotel permanently including illegal immigrants, prostitutes and others. The keys to get into the room constantly stop working randomly. The room is close to the expressway. Plenty of restaurants surround the hotel. ...

This is a good hotel for a weekend deal. I would not stay here for a family vacation. The room was good, the beds and pillows, fine. The water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger, but it did the job. At night it is a little noisy, but not so bad you could not sleep. The front desk was good, they took care of any needs without question. Just not having the rooms cleaned daily is really the only downfall. We went to spend the weekend in New Orleans and got just what we wanted. Good hotel, good price, good location. Like I said I would stay here again ONLY for a weekend trip. ...

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel was booked and the only room available was a room they font rent out because the door did not have a lick on it, the air conditioner did not work, the bathrooms did not have light bulbs and the floor was sticky and dirty because it had not been cleaned in quiet sometime. That was like a spit in my face. Needless to say, I could not stay in the room that I paid for. It was disappointing and stressful because I was a few hrs away from home and all hotels were booked. ...

The price is great.I did not have any bugs/roaches in the room. What I did not like is the old musty smell in the room the fridge wasn't clean and the fact you have to ask for clean towels.if I pay to stay 3days you should clean the room daily an automatically provide clean towels.its not my job to nrinng them to the office that's what the staff is for.if they could be more customer service driven it would be perfect n match the nice staff n great price ...
