The location was good, cost reasonable, the room was decently set up.
The lobby didn't smell good, so bad first impression. The night front desk rep wasn't very friendly when asked questions. The "fitness room" was just 2 treadmills. The tub didn't drain very well and there was no channel guide to expedite channel surfing.

Alot of activity at night, hotel was hot in the hallways, room wasn't cleaned well, hitel didn't smell very good, the doors to the hotel were never locked even tho it clearly has a sign saying they stay locked. Very unsatisfied!!!

Everything. The room was missing the refrigerator. There was no screen on the window. The shower was missing the handle. The door was broken and only locked after many attempts. It was also not very clean.

Nice having kitchenette, but no utensils, door on freezer broken. Nice to have several restaurants in walking distance.
Needed to be upgraded. Breakfast was always out of coffee in breakfast room as well as lobby. Just didn't seem like the staff watched when food was low. Didn't leave coffee nor cups in the room. Didn't empty all trash containers. Freezer door broken.

It was dirty, the bed was made totally wrong. They were kitchenette yet first room no fridge plus no dishes and second room nothing in it was unable to cook.

The location was good, and the staff was friendly.
The room was shabby and dirty; broken tiles, frayed carpet at all seams, and even the ceiling was dirty. The room was a suite with a kitchen, but ONLY had a can opener, and a corkscrew. The continental breakfast ran out of food and hour early every morniu

The pool was heated and the spa worked nicely. The room was clean.
The furniture was dated and super stained. The"breakfast bar" was empty & no juice. The staff was standoffish and rude, not very helpful.

Nothing. Can you say dump?
Everything. Room smelled like smoke. Bedspread had burn in it. Smoke alarm chirped every 45 seconds. When asked for another room was told did not have any. Would not help in finding another room in area. Staff totally unhelpful.
