The rooms were very nice.
The breakfast buffet was a joke. Where did all the people come from? I've never been unable to get breakfast and the hotel seemed dead at all times except breakfast. I don't know what was going on, but it was a disappointment.
Loved the rooms, appreciated the easy check in/check out, no issues, except the breakfast buffet--which I explained above.

Liked the quietness of the location, even though it is close to I95. Very quiet.
The alarm clock!
Must make left at light and go down and make another left to get to the property. Cannot make u-turn at light as it does not lead to any entrance into hotel.

Front desk staff extremely polite & helpful; close to St. Mary's Children's hospital.
Pull-out couch mattress not very comfortable, but that's not unexpected.
Very clean, wonderful front desk clerk was very helpful at check-in, would definitely stay again.

The unauthorized $50 hold on my credit card which was described a as a $20.00 hold for auxiliaries. Also the fact that I had to remind the clerk to refund the case deposit paid when we added another night stay.

24 hour coffee.
Great for an overnight stay. Didn't think it was a long term stay hotel, but saw many families with kids in school uniforms which made for a loud breakfast room and quickly emptying food bar.

The staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
I liked everything about this hotel and would stay there again in a heart beat.
The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. We had issues with our room key and the staff helped get it straitened out. They were very accommodating.
