Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites By Marriott Rexburg

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The free breakfast was great. It had a good variety of hot and cold selections. Really good OJ and hot oatmeal with about 8 different toppings. The eggs and sausage were good too, but no waffle maker like some places.
The free wireless internet access was horribly slow. I had to purchase the "enhanced" access for $5 a day just to have a bearable speed. This is honestly the only real knock I can give this hotel, and the only reason I couldn't give it a perfect rating.

Nice room layout with sliding doors into the seperate shower and toilet rooms. There was not a tub in our bathroom, but the shower was spacious with a nice shower head. Good work desk area semi-closed off by sliding frosted glass windows. Good sized exercise room and indoor pool area with hot tub on the ground floor.

The staff was rude and un-accommodating. For parents who are visiting their children at BYU-I I would NOT recommend staying here.

The lobby area was nicely decorated and very inviting. The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. The guest room was huge with lots of room to move around. Loved the separate sitting area.
Bathroom doors had translucent glass inserts that were beautiful until my husband or daughter got up in the middle of the night and turned the light on in the bathroom. Instant bright night light! Oops.

Highly recommend this hotel! It was conveniently located near the BYUI campus and the Rexburg LDS temple.

The desk area.
The breakfast area is very small with odd seating and very few tables. The only fruit for breakfast was tasteless plums and nearly black over ripe bananas. The toilet is three feet from the bed and separated with a sliding pocket door with frosted glass

Odd decor, kind of like Ikea cheap. Poor layout of toilet and shower area. The "free" wifi is total bait and switch. Yes it is free for the very slow connection, BUT if you pay $5 more dollars you get a higher speed, maybe. This hotel suffers from Marriott syndrome, nickel and dime, nickel and dime. If it weren't the only hotel left from West Yellowstone to Idaho Falls we would not have booked it. ...read more
