Hotel Guest Reviews of the Spokane Club Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

That they were able to accommodate us because Priceline had not secured a room for me and they honored the Priceline rate.

Getting bumped from our room on short notice.

We booked our reservation 7 months in advance of our stay. 2 weeks before we were to arrive, I got a call from the hotel manager saying that since we were not members, they had to book us at another hotel in town because members wanted to use the hotel. I was told the new hotel was basically an upgrade from what we had booked (2 rooms, 2 nights with a King in each). After not getting a confirmation from the new hotel, I called and we were booked into single queen rooms. After many calls with the Mgr. from the Spokane Club, he offered to pay for 1 of the rooms for our stay because "he felt so bad for having to move us that he would just have the new hotel bill him directly". When we got to the hotel for our stay we pleaded with the front desk manager to do anything he could to get us kings or at least more beds. We got dbl queens for both nights but they had no record of the Spokane club paying for one of the rooms. I tried to call the Spokane club during our stay but was unable to get a hold of the Mgr.. We ended up paying for both rooms and left messages with the Spokane Club desk and Mgr. voicemail and never even received a call back. ...read more

The charm of this historic hotel is wonderful.
Parking was difficult. The hotel's lot is $10 per night, which is quite high by Spokane standards.

Great historic hotel. Very quiet in spite of central Downtown location. I would definitely stay here again.
