Great location, you can walk to Beverly Centre
The beds and pillows were too too soft. We all had a back pain in the morning when woke up. There's no coffee maker in the room.

The gym area is excellent. Staff is very courteous
The room size is a little small but the bathrooms / showers were really big so it was a decent tradeoff

Staff were polite, friendly and tried to remedy all adverse situations in a timely fashion. Bathroom was attractively appointed.
Not 4+*standards. Room was small, dim and limited furnishings. First room smelled of vomit and Febreze. Second room had black water backing up from sink. A/c ineffective and noisy. After calling Priceline, manager made amends but room was not serviced.

If you get a suite. hotel is great. Otherwise, not really value for money.

Staff - beyond excellent
Rooms were second rate...plus extremely dusty. Walls were caked in dust, as were appliances and cords, etc. For all the attention to detail they put into the lobby, public spaces and staff, they dropped the ball once the guest is in the room.

I do not recommend this hotel for anything more than a night or two, as the dust will completely disrupt any allergies, etc.
