Hotel Guest Reviews of the Simsbury 1820 House

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The B&B (Simsbury 1820 House) was not just a place to stay. It was a place of pride where the staff cared about your needs and did everything they could to make you comfortable.
No.

Beautiful, historic building, clean, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and pretty. The overall feel was like that of a bed and breakfast but also a modern hotel. The rooms were large everything was updated and working well. It felt like a vacation...but was a business trip

Very lovely old building with alot of charm. The staff was wonderful and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Complimentary breakfast was simple but well done.
Some of the furniture needed to be recovered as it was stained. Did not have a pool or hot tub, but were told we could use the facilities at the Simsbury Inn.

This hotel is also owned by the same group as the Simsbury Inn. It had rooms that were decorated the same as theirs. Although it did not have all the amenities it was considerably less money and the rooms were every bit as nice.
