Wlell maintained with great staff. Gave us everything we needed for a 3 -night slay. Would love to return if ever staing in the area again.

Wonderful setting with easy access to Dulles Ariport. Great rooms and staff, beautiful outdoor poll area, golf right across the streat. Just a great value through Priceline.

Jesse, at the front desk, was the best thing going for this place. Oh...the pool was ok - but it was cold and had lots of floating bugs...why they don't skim the pool, I don't know.
The rooms were horrible. This is not a 3 or 4 star given the conditions of the rooms.

Just nasty and old rooms.

The hotel met our expectations. You can't beat their beds. They are pet friendly without a fee. I believe the weight limit is 80 lbs. if you stay in the wing no one would see your pet.
Beverages and snacks were only avaiable by the front desk. The TV channels are bad. The wing was under construction and woke us up early.

worked for me since the hotel provided shuttle and it's near Dulles and I was coming from out of the country to continue my trip to NC next day. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.
I liked everything, but the menu for the restaurant

Since I spent only one night I didn't learn much about the area.

A very clean room. large and comfortable. great service. close to Dulles airport.

The location is not the best if you do not have transportation. There is only one restaurant within walking distance outside the hotel that is not a fast food place.

The guy who checked me into the hotel made me wait three hours in my hotel room with no room keys

Unfortunately, I had to return three times to front desk since the keys to my room didn't work! After those three failed attempts housekeeping let me into my room, but I still didn't have working keys to my room yet. Front desk, however, assured me to send someone up to my room to fix that problem. Since after three hours of waiting still nobody showed up, I called front desk once more. When the engineer finally came to my room, he told me nobody informed him about the problem with my door / keys. In short, I find this form of customer care unacceptable! Not to mention, while feeling caught in my own room and waiting hungry for having dinner, due to that delay I really had difficulties to find something to eat later on that night! ...read more

Checkin was breezy and Starbucks coffee in the room.
We could smell the dust, the shower and bathroom was completely 2 star or below. This is to say Sheraton and 3.5 star but it is not worth the money

Isn't really an airport hotel. Older facility. No free wifi. Shared van from Dulles with erratic pick-ups and drops. Desk staff uninformed about breakfast time.
