Quiet place. Quick response of staffs to troubles. Compensating service for the troubles.
They have a service of shuttle bus. However, bus was always late more than 20 minutes, when I requested.

Nice and quiet place but breakfast is not great. They need to have the dedicated shuttle bus driver.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were able to bring us a crib at the last minute with no fuss. The room was clean. The wait time for checking and checkout was short. All in all, great experience.

Dirty overbooked noisy breakfast was cold the management was rude incompetent cursed in front of my minor son the television didn't work well The iron was broken The sheets were dirty

The staff was very kind, courteous, helpful, and welcoming, especially Hotel Employee at the front desk.
The hotel was very cold, even in our room. We could not control the thermostat. Breakfast ended too early, 9 am. We also had to pay to park at the hotel, which was a surprise considering it's in a suburb and wasn't made clear before booking.

Great location
When we got in room there was no toilet paper, no wash cloths, no hand towels. The phone didn't work. There was water in the ice bucket (from a previous guest?) There appeared to be hair left in the shower.

No covered walkway between parking garage and hotel itself. Stairs are old and narrow.
