Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Music City Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel was super clean and very nice! Staff was great.

More than I expected for the price. Hotel staff was very accommodating, asked for a fridge and they brought 1 up free, asked for a microwave and that too was brought for free. Location was OK, about 10 to 15 min from downtown which is about $20-$25 each way. The bar in the hotel is not overpriced...same as bars downtown or restaurants. I will definitely stay here again as long as the price stays the same..about
XXX a night. All in all this hotel was awesome!!!!!!

Staff was very helpful. Very quick to accommodate all of our needs. We were not placed on hold, or asked to wait for anything and there was follow up to ensure we were taken care of.
If there was one thing I would say negatively, it would just be that the walking distance to the exits seemed lengthy. It was just a large place.

This hotel's location is so close to everything! Yet, it doesn't feel that way. The concierge service is wonderful, the food is great. You get 5 bucks off a meal if you are staying multiple days and you opt out of having the maid clean. The hotel is pet friendly, very clean and well kept. It is close to the airport. There were always shuttles and cabs for transport.

The hotel is an older high class hotel. It is ok but nothing special.
The hotel is large with rooms laid out like a diamond with elevators at opposite corners. A long walk if your room is not close to elevators. Easy to get lost. No free wi-fi.

This was probably once a modern, high priced 4 star hotel but no more. It probably still rates a 3 star however several other three stars we stayed in during the same trip were much, much nicer. Given the option I wouldn't stay there again. It was clean and quiet but that's it.

Beautiful grounds and great staff.

Hotel is beautiful and easy to find. It doesn't feel like you are in the city. We had problems with room service. They forgot part of our order then it took an additional 20 minutes to complete our order. They did not forget to charge us full price for our food.

It's grounds were lovely and the staff was very accommodating. The balcony was a nice touch and if it were not raining, we would have had breakfast on it.
The bathroom was a bit small and needed a new vanity top, but clean overall.

Great place to stay. Convenient to opryland and Nashville. Excellent staff and a fun hotel bar in the lobby. We will stay here again if we can get the low price again.

It had a beautiful campus, nice size rooms with very comfortable beds, and despite its location out by Opry Mills, was still very close to cooler parts of Nashville.

Given the price that you can generally score a room for on Priceline, this hotel is a tremendous value. It has a great location, beautiful grounds (although they really should just decide to raze the decaying tennis courts), rooms that are spacious and comfortable, a cavernous lobby/bar/business center area (cavernous in a good way), and nice people behind the counter. I stay here everytime I pass through Nashville, and I intend to keep on doing so. ...read more

The Veranda Bar was very nice.
The indoor hot tub was pretty weak.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable rooms. I would recommend this to a friend, and I would stay here again.
