We were unable to make it to Dallas as a result of snow ice and grounded flights but were left to pay for 3 hotel rooms that went unused. Although I've enjoyed using priceline in the past and have on many occasions I've decided to no longer use the priceline service. I've now spent $2,000 on flights and hotels and I couldn't use with priceline with no help or concern from customer service. I've decided the savings are not worth the pitfalls or the very poor treatment of customers by priceline customer service. ...

Very clean and nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant, especially considering they were stuck there during the ice storm like the rest of us travelers. I'd definitely stay there again.

I am so thankful that I pricelined this hotel because it's definitely not worth full price! They charge additionally for wifi and parking and still don't provide a complimentary breakfast. Super 8 at least has muffins and bagels! It was nice that we didn't hear much noise in the room and it was nice and clean. There is not many things close by so you will need to drive if you're going out to eat or need to get travel supplies you forgot. Keep in mind, you'll need to tack on an additional 21$/ day for parking. No place around the hotel allows for overnight parking. All in all, this hotel is for business travelers. ...

The Sheraton was a very large hotel and was very full as it was Tx-Ou football wkend. The staff that assisted us with getting our bags to our room said it was the busiest weekend of the year. We only stayed one night and didn't have any problems, except working the thermostat on the ac. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and appeared updated, modern and clean. We parked in the garage across the street and did not have any problems getting car in or out.Hundreds of people were checking in around the same time as I was, but it moved quickly and check in went without problems. It was a nice hotel overall, but was expensive particularly with add ons such as parking, wi-fi in room etc. It was nice to have a bar onsite and service was pretty good considering how busy it was. ...
