I will stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointed to have the evening staff discuss what room we should have been in, because we booked on Priceline, and didn't pay full price. It was not accommodating. The gentleman went out of his way, but the female had horrible customer service skills. I have worked in customer service and sales for years, and she was an embarrassment. She made me feel as though I wasn't worthy of staying there, rolling her eyes. ...

Sedona Real was a good value for the price.

This hotel was just ok. While the room was outdated & the beds were slightly uncomfortable it was clean with the exception of the questionable runner/blanket at the end of the bed. The location was easy to access - but if you don't have a car it is quite a distance walk from a lot of the Sedona shops, markets & restaurants. The staff was nice & helpful. The rooms do not have any views of the spectacular Sedona scenery which is a bit disappointing. ...

When I called to confirm my reservation, a week prior, the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. I almost cancelled my reservation based on that call alone, that's how bad it was. However, I didn't feel like going through the third party to cancel & book a new hotel. Once arriving at the hotel, the service was great tho.

Upon arrival, you notice the heavily gated, tiny pool on your left. The lobby itself is very old-fashioned and in desperate need of new furniture. My room was located on the second floor of building 6, but there are no elevators so I had to carry my heavy luggage up to my room by myself. The room itself was more reflective of a 2-star hotel. The wifi went in an out during my stay. The bathroom/kitchenette were very old-fashioned and out-dated. My last comment is that the community that this hotel serves is mainly bikers. From early morning to late at night, you will find people smoking cigarettes all around the grounds, hacking up a lung and staring at you. Needless to say, I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend that others book this, regardless of the cost. ...

Uncomfortable mattresses, thin sheets and rude check-in experience.
