Hotel Guest Reviews of the GRANT MOTELOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I did not stay.

Would not stay there again.

One set of stairs to second floor, although covered, needed paint; the other was rusted metal. Both were soiled with bird droppings. No one in office at check out. Worst place I have stayed in 50 years. At least there were sheets on the bed and air conditioner that worked!

It is under renovation and should have been closed during such. A friend told me he and his wife had stayed at Scottish Inns & Suites traveling to and from Florida and New York and found them acceptable so I wasn't too concerned about this stay. But, as stated above, this one should have been closed during the renovation; it has a long way to go.

Norman Bates would not get caught dead in this dive.

Old, worn down roadside motel with no amenities, not even coffee in the shappy lobby.

Not a good place.

Would not kennel my dog there. Whats more, when I complained to Priceline.com because I did not want to stay there on my return trip, they claimed they would look into it, but I never heard back from them. I was charged for a night I did not stay there. Very unpofessional on Pricelines.com's part not to return my email correspondence. Will never use Priceline or any of it's affiliats again. ...

If you are looking for an economical place to spend the night and can live without all of the extra "perqs" of the Holiday Inn, this place is quite sufficient. I would definitely return if I were ever back in the area.
