All in all, it had a clean smell, clean overall appearance and great people. It had tight security in a BAD area of town making me feel safe overall.

Cleanliness = Poor Safety = Poor I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel should not even exist!

Overall, the room did not meet expectations. There was a foul order in the room when we first entered the room. The staff also was not up to par. The day we were checking out, we had no clean towels or washrags. We attempted to call, go to the office and tried to find housekeeping and never received towels or rags to shower with. We were first told housekeeping would bring towels up and they never come. After they never arrived, I went to the office where we were told we were given a certain amount, which was not the amount the staff said we had. ...

This hotel is in a very sketchy location. You check in by calling an armed security guard who lets you into your room. The rooms are very unclean with dirty bed sheets and lots of trash underneath the bed including fake eyelashes and dirty plasticware. The rooms have a horrible smell and we found illegal substances in our bed. They didn't have a key to give us for our room so we had to call the guard to let us back in the room if we wanted to leave. The view from the balcony was of about 20 to 25 homeless people pushing shopping carts with their belongings. The hotel is surrounded with a fence topped with razor wire. It was the most unsafe hotel I have ever stayed at. ...
