The landscape and resort, spa like atmosphere.
Hidden charge of $17.00 a day for the resort (pool and fitness). I believe that should be included in hotel room charge as it is at every other hotel.

The outdoor space, the dining options and the overall location to serenity and city life gives it a great balanced atmosphere. The services available at the hotel are fantastic, too (gym, spa, pools, activities, etc).
During the "off season" the hotel does not seem as well kept as on season - the room was clean, but had not been thoroughly dusted, the bathroom shower head had lime deposits on it, the spa and gym areas were not highly maintained but acceptablyfunctional

We were put into a 'second rate' building away from the primary hotel with much poorer views.

Expected more from a Marriot hotel.
