Hotel Guest Reviews of the Royal Park Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The service and room were both excellent, along with a great location.

The service and room were both amazing from the concierge to all the little amenities that made it great. An in room sound system and nice views of Tokyo city all contributed to our experience and I would recommend it to anyone to stay there during their stay. Not to mention it was right on the Tokyo metro line and the hotel had a great deal for 2 day passes on the system.

The SPA was really well maintained and the pool was out of this world.
The rooms were small but had far too much furniture in it! Could have been nicer with less!

This hotel is located across from T-CAT. Short 50 feet away! Very convenient location with easy access to the Subway systems. The staff was extremely friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. One must experience the pool, SPA and exercise facilities. Overall, a very well maintained and friendly hotel. Would go back to it every single time.

Staff was very helpful and all spoke English well.
Neighborhood was quiet but a bit out of the way.

A fantastic hotel. Staff is super friendly and eager to help. English was proficient. Located across the street from The Tokyo City Air terminal and connects to the Suitengumae Subway Station and a few short blocks from another Station on the Hibiya line - good for getting to and from airport and wherever you want, but otherwise the area is a little quiet.

High quality overall and convenient location.
No free high speed internet access.

I had stayed at the royal park several times on business in the late 1990's. The overall quality and service continues to be high and the breakfast buffet is a favorite. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. It was a pleasure to return to the familiar surroundings. I like the location a walkway next door to tact (Tokyo city air terminal, though I miss being able to check luggage there), a subway station downstairs (suiting mea on the hansom line, one/two stop transfers to other lines) and a selection of small shops/convenience stores right nearby. ...read more
