Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rouge, A Kimpton Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Had toothpaste and amenity items available if needed
Charged an unnecessary "hotel fee" of $15 per night at check in.. never really explained what this fee was for.. but I can guess it was for the "use" of the hotel during your stay?

Beautiful large rooms
This hotel allows pets. It does not smell like animals, but you can hear dogs barking...

spotlessly clean--polite and attentive staff--convenient location--
restaurant closed at 10 am after breakfast, and I wanted something to eat between breakfast and lunch--no big deal

The lights went out when you turned them off.
Gym sucks-old equipment, cramped space, hot. Red hallways were creepy. Slow elevators. Leppard print robes-ugh. Expensive parking.

Would not return and would discourage others from staying.

It was amazing. Extremely clean and organized. The staff were amazing and answered all questions promptly. The bartender was wonderful. She really made my trip.
Nothing, I loved it and will return.
