Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Big, clean rooms with lots of amenities. Great pool and spa area. Breath taking views of Rome. Free shuttle service to/from the city.
The hotel is pretty far from the city and the shuttle only runs until 9 pm. If you want to stay out later it's about a 20-30 Euro cab ride back. Also, WiFi was 25 Euros a day and breakfast was 38 Euros a day. Should be inclusive given the "luxury" bran

The hotel was nice and staff is friendly. The spa and hotel ammenities are great for a price!
It was not within walking distance to anything you had to rely on taxis or uber cars to get you down the hill when you were ready otherwise your waiting on their shuttle every hour and on Sun less hours. Also the shuttle only drops off and picks up 1 spot

Hotel is nice and clean and friendly but in a neighborhood that looks to be distressed.... I'd stay again but know now the room may have been a bargain but you spend 3x as much in taxis etc

Customer service was excellent. Great view and a very fancy hotel.

Very upscale and dog friendly. Perfect spot for honeymoon, anniversary or romantic getaway.

The rooms are beautiful and the view stunning
The restaurant on the 9th floor, proclaimed to be the best in Rome was a disappointing experience, overpriced, pretentious waiters, and hardly anything on the plate.

Great view , extra charges for the use of the gym, :-(

It was like staying in a museum.
No.

Truly the standard against which other hotels are measured.

Decor, concierge services, and the Imperial lounge.
Not enough gift shops.

Beautiful views of Rome from the Imperial floors.

Beautiful grounds,luxurious interior.
A twenty minute walk to anywhere meaningful. No free coffee and breakfast was $35 Euros each. No where to get coffee close, so you were stuck paying the high price for breakfast. Also, you had to pay by the minute for wifi

It is a beautiful hotel with interesting history. However, be prepared to pay for more then just the room.
