Absolutely NOTHING.
COCKROACHES and horrible mean staff.

Right away the staff was rude. After checking in, I went straight into the room. After being there for an hour, COCKROACHES starting appearing from the corner and on the carpet. I went to the office to tell them about the problem, and tey immediately said , "no. We don't have cockroaches." They asked, "Did you save it?!" I sai "No, we killed it. There might be residue on the carpet I can show you. ". He made me show him and started yelling at me. "No cockroach! Prove it! You didn't take pictures? Show me!" I explained that I don't take pictures. He continued yelling at me until I have him my room key and got in my car. He followed me to the parking lot with another man. As I started my car they both continued yelling at me until I drove away. I was by myself and a WOMAN. They were awful. Never stay here. I would much rather pay a little more and stay at a hotel where I'm comfortable with NO NASTY PESTS and NO staff harassment. ...read more

Nothing, really.
Where to start? The rooms were tiny, and the carpets were dirty. They ran out of milk and bread for the "breakfast" both mornings. I though that I had booked twin queen bed rooms, but only had one bed.

If you are a trucker or a young man trying to save some $, this is your place. Otherwise, it is a dump. In a pretty bad part of Oakland, backs the freeway, next to a metal recyclers. The outer grounds are kept nice, but the carpets in the tiny rooms are dated and dirty. They ran out of milk and bread both mornings at "Breakfast." When I found out that the rooms were only one bed instead of the dual queens I thought I was booking, we asked about upgrading to a suite, but were told that they could not change rooms, so we ended up forking out an extra $140 so some of my kids didn't have to sleep on the floor. Since you cannot legally carry any self defense in CA, your safety is out the window in this place. Would not ever stay here again. ...read more

We were not able to get extra towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The continental breakfast was very poor. They need to have hot food.

We would not stay here again because it is difficult to get to because of the location. Not in a good neighborhood.

Decent price.
Unfriendly staff, and unclean bedding.

Not too bad as just a simple place to sleep for a single night. Certainly nothing fancy, not the cleanest (we found hair and dirt on our sheets) and the location was odd yet safe. I was pleased a microwave and refrigerator came standard, but the fridge was half thawed and had condensation dripping from the top shelf, making a huge mess inside. The staff was very unfriendly, I felt as if staying there was an inconvenience for them. I wouldn't call what they offered as breakfast to be nearly that at all, but the coffee wasn't bad if you don't mind powder coffee creamer. Decent price, room met my expectations. You get what you pay for with this place. I'd consider staying again in a pinch. ...read more
