Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Only the location, near the highway that allow me to go do San Diego easily.
There were a lot of people smoking pot in the parking-lot, I believe that part of them was not a guest. During the nigh an motocicle man parking in front of my room and delivery drugs for these people. The staff did nothing about it. Scaring!

I´ve used several hotel during this trip (about 8)and Rodeway inn was definetely out of the average. Too bad.

Over-priced. Kinda "hood" area. Nothing to be scurred about but just a little riff-raff-ish; like the 30-something homeboy dumpster diving outside the room for recylced stuff.
Just some ho-hum counter guy. English was horrible so don't go beyond the here's "my card, where's my key?" level. You just get "yes" "no" or "huh?" until he gets you back into the pay your money and sign here part of the conversation again.

If Motel 6 is taken up and you need a place to stay just to rack out and recharge, go here. Room was the best part. Overall clean. Fridge is good+. H2O works well with good heat. There is racket. Rooms are on top of the cars and if your upstairs you feel every step from the outside. Not outrageously over-priced, but over-priced. Kinda "hood" area. I could hang though. Nothing to be scurred about but just a little riff-raff-ish; like the 30-something homeboy who was hustlin' and dumpster diving outside the room for recylced stuff. A man's got to work for 'dat 40oz Old English yall. You hit it early like he did and you could get two and start early! ...read more

Staff was helpful.
Poor location and walls were a bit thin and bed needed replacement.

Overall very good experience. My friend and I are college students with no car or other means of transportation, so the closeness of the bus and trolleys was very helpful. If you are willing to spend more money and have a means of getting around though, I would advise others to look elsewhere. It was nice, but not that great.

The room is good.
The staff could be better. The hotel's outer appearance could be better.

We were on the bottom floor and was able to park right in front of our door.
bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was a joke, shower was too loud

This hotel is not in the best part of town and I definitely felt like my husband and I didn't belong with the rest of the hotel patrons. We ended up forfeiting our second night there because I just felt really uneasy there. The staff were less than helpful. The rooms were relatively nice other than the beds being extremely uncomfortable and the neighbors shower making an extremely loud noise first thing in the morning. Definitely needs some maintenance done! ...read more
