Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Friendly staff and good liquor selection
Room was a little on the old side, and the beds were a little uncomfortable.

Had a good time, but I wish other places were easier to get to. As it stood, other places in the resort were really far away, leaving us with only the option of staying near the rooms. Perhaps an easy to get to and visible shuttle service would make the place more accessible.

Staff, Rooms, Beaches.
Food. The buffet and restaurants were terrible.

The staff were extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. The entire hotel was beautiful and the grounds were very well kept. The beach was immaculate! Turquoise and warm! There was a little seaweed, but it wasn't much of a bother. The bartenders poured the strongest drinks of any hotel that I have ever been at... which made for a great time! There was typically always entertainment on the beach and pool area. The keys to enter your room are the old lock and key... not the cards. And you had to take the key from the safe with you as well, which was a little inconvenient. The free WiFi was pretty decent, but I didn't use it too much because its vacation. Transportation is provided for free around the grounds to take you to the other hotels and beaches. Getting a cab to go into town is very easy, just ask the front desk. Now the only bad thing... and its a biggie. The food was TERRIBLE. The buffet was bland, at best. And the restaurants were not impressive. My husband and I had to leave the hotel on multiple occasions to go to town and get some of the local food... which was amazing! When in doubt, ask someone to take you to the best local food. They can't steer you wrong! ...read more

The staff was excellent. They were very willing to help and they all spoke English well enough to meet our needs. I also appreciated the nightly entertainment and knowing we always had something to do.
Due to the high humidity in the country the room smelled a little musty, but honestly you got used to it and in my opinion that's to be expected.

The room, food, staff, and entertainment were all great. We have no complaints about our visit and would go back anytime. It rained every day we were there, usually for a short period, but the hotel offered so much to do that it didn't interfere with any of our plans. The hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of. The beach and the pool were excellent and the swim up bar was a nice addition! We weren't aware of the nightly entertainment and was pleasently surprised when we found out. Each night is a different show and they were all entertaining. We didn't try the specialitiy restaurants because we liked the freedom of the buffet and the food was so great we didn't feel the need. My only advice is to pack sunscreen as it's very expensive ($30+) even off the resort. ...read more

The attention their staff paid to the customers. You always feel taken care of and safe. Beautiful location and beaches.
Absolutely nothing.

Everything was wonderful, from the hotel to the staff, pool, beautiful beaches, food. I can't complain about anything.

The Staff. They were very attentive and friendly.
The king size bed is not, in fact, a king size bed. Rather, it is two beds pushed up against each other (each of them with separate bedding). They were also incredibly uncomfortable. Not a whole lot to do. Small pool. Got bored.

As much as I wanted to like this place, I just couldn't. Just wasn't at all what it seemed. Only one pool which is alwaysw over crowded. Crowded public beach with limited seating. Crap liquor and wine (though the service was excellent!). The staff who work there are great, it's just the resort is kind of crappy and dirty, not to mention it smells when they "water" the lawn. Not a whole lot to do, will not be going back. Sorry! ...read more

spacious, many activities all day long, many food choices at buffet, quality of food had much to be desired !
room had severe mold/musty smell that caused me to be ill, headaches, breathing problem, cough, sore throat.visible mold on the ceiling & walls, I took photos, brought it to manager attention, they offered other rooms, but they were all the same problem..

hotel seems glamorous, but has a very severe mold problem that should be corrected immediately.... had a very hard time breathing in our room...caused me to be ill with headaches & sore throat the whole stay... i will report this to our local television station and will be inspected for severe mold problem !! they will take the matter further if needed.... would not recommend this hotel, would not go back... ...read more

The activities, pools, & restaurants were nice.
We didn't like the beds. They were two beds which seemed more like twin size beds than full size beds. They didn't check our passports when we checked in.

The employees were very friendly. The landscaping was beautiful & the beach was gorgeous.
