Loved the location of the hotel the beach was beautiful.
Old, room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, mold very uncomfortable, food was terrible, staff was ride and not friendly.

The staff was super friendly, everyday they greeted & welcomed your with warm smiles & words. Everyone tries to be helpful & assist you.
The front desk should definitely check people's ID's to verify who they are for security purposes. The rooms needs to be more detail cleaned, as for as making sure the towel are all clean & not stained or anything.

Lack of communication with restaurants..food should of been better..no bbq on or by the beach for lunch compared to cancun which was disappointing.overnight layover in new York to and from punta cana

Entertainers were friendly and fun. Buffet food was good-varied selection. Bar/alcohol and drinks in the room were included and room service was available 24 hrs a day.
No ATM in hotel- you had to leave the hotel to get money. I thought food was always available outside of room service. Sports bar had snacks, but they weren't that good.

The beach was gorgious , the food was delicouis. The people were friendly and full of energy. My husband left his credit card n the hotel store and they kept it and returned the next day. That suprises me . Service was great
The pool was as warm as a hot tub and very uncomfortable . Our room smelled like mold really bad. The hotel room conditioner is shampoo. Hardly any food on room service menu. The elivators were broken the whole time we were there.
