This hotel does not deserve to be listed on any website until they improve!. No coffee makers as stated, the coffee maker in the office was for single cups, in which you had to get the manager to bring the single cup pouches if you wanted any! We reserved 2 queen beds but were given 1 king bed instead. We had traveled 6 hrs., were given the wrong key for the assigned room...twice. The only focus was the bathroom. I didn't realize, until after using the bathroom, that there was only 1 king bed, instead of 2 queens. The manager said because the room had been "used" they really were not obliged to change rooms. I did not argue, because I knew I would have my opportunity to express myself in a review. My privacy was invaded because the mgr. saw the vehicle leaving-unlocked security lock, 3 mins. afterwards!) No phones in rooms as stated. No ice machine. I DO NOT recommend this hotel unless you have no other place to stay. ...

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Upon arrival, the employees were extremely rude. Our room was extremely hot. There wasn't even a plug in the bathroom! The employees did not speak good English so communication was poor. One of the employees actually used the master key to come into our room when I asked her not to because my boyfriend was changing clothes. I was yelled at, disrespected, and just not treated like a customer should be treated. We were at the hotel a total of 20 minutes, were disgusted, and wanted to leave. One of the employees made us pay, so once we left, I tried to call to get a refund. I was, once again, yelled at and hung up on. I called back, got yelled at some more, and was hung up, once again. It looks like this hotel was recently remodeled, but the service is awful. I requested a king size bed, but they gave me a room with 2 "Queen" beds. The beds were not even a Queen size, they were small and uncomfortable. I also requested the room to be non-smoking, and they gave me a smoking room which smelled bad. They had to change my room because the first one I got had the beds undone. It looked like no one cleaned it after the last customer left. The staff was not friendly at all. Another couple that was going with us in this trip got a room that was occupied, so they also had to request a new room. As you can see the service is awful. They don't really check the rooms to make sure they are clean, and to give you a room that was occupied by another customer is also unacceptable. ...

Don't stay here if you are looking for a clean room. The bathroom had a horrible stench and the bathtub hardware was faulty. Terrible management and very unfriendly.
