A small friendly hotel in a perfect location. Good for a night or good for a month. Such a delight!

The room was not a suite, as advertised. It was a room with a bed and a couch and a kitchen.

The hotel did not know how to handle the free parking promotion offered by Priceline. This was an inconvenience since they were initially going to make me pay for parking. The A/C did not work very well. Eventually the room was cooled but took too long in my opinion.

A perfect location just off Dupont Circle. The staff and facility were excellent and served my needs - as a business traveler perfectly. The suite is well appointed and large enough for a family on vacation as well. Finally, the complimentary breakfast and events at the hotel add extra value to the stay. Overall,a very good experience.

Excellent motel for traveling with children due to fold=out couch and large room. Also, kitchen was an added bonus.

The hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. The lobby was not overly elegant, but I didn't plan on sleeping there. I was expecting the usual room, but was given a handicap access unit. It had a full mini kitchen complete with a full size fridge, double burner stove and sink built into granite top counters. Also a microwave, coffee maker, dish washer along with cupboard stocked with plates, bowels, cups, and glasses. Aside from the kitchen was a table to double as a desk for your computer and beyond that an adequate sized lounging area with sofa and armchair featuring a flat screen TV. Off the lounge area was a separate bedroom with the queen size and comfortable bed along with another flat screen TV and a sink and vanity area, again with a granite counter top. Beyond that was a separate spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. Out the window was a view of the top of the Washington Monument. Free breakfast is served every day. I forget the exact times and did not take advantage of it because I slept in! ...

Arrived at Residence Inn Dupont to be told they had no rooms for me and was moved to Arlington, VA, a much more inconvenient location for me. The directions they handed me to get to the new hotel was wrong. The new hotel was pet friendly, which meant dogs barking in the room next to mine after 11 pm and before 7 am. Then they tried to tell me my relocation was only paid for for one night and that I had to move all my stuff back to Residence Inn-Dupont Circle, which would have made me late for or miss entirely my business meetings. I am a frequent traveler and this was my worst hotel experience in recent memory. ...
