Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Seattle Lake Union

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The suite had great features - separate bedroom, two tvs, well-stocked kitchenette, lots of space, comfortable bed, etc. Location is great.
Furniture in the room showing wear and tear - sofa stained and worn and chair had torn covering; needs to be replaced. Makes the hotel seem dingy and tired. Some of the staff seemed disengaged and put out by having to be of service.

Good value for a large suite but overall the look and furniture needs to be upgraded. Staff wearing ill-fitting uniforms. Some money should be invested in this hotel.

Room had a whole kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, full size fridge, cook top, and dishwasher. It made me feel right at home.
Parking was expensive at $27/day and $5.50/day taxes and fees.

We loved the toy and game room for the kids (Age 2 and 5). The kiddy pool was also an added bonus. Breakfast was huge and offered a lot of choices and the eating area was great with a personal TV at every table.

The location of the hotel is easy to find and easy access to I-5. Rooms are very spacious!
The pool/hot tub hours should be later on the weekends! No fan in the bathroom.

The rooms are quite nice with a small kitchenette, living room area, and separate bedroom. Rooms of Lake Union are hit & miss depending on which room you get. The breakfast buffet is really nice with a great selection of fruits, waffles, eggs, pastries, cereals, and juices.

Rooms were nice and large with a great view. Kitchen was nice also. Great location just across the street from Lake Union.
Parking was outrageous at $27 plus tax, so parked on the street. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about!

Great pool and hot tub.

Very good buffet breakfast. And the coffee was excellent. Also covered parking. The wi-fi in the room was exceptionally good, as compared to other motels/hotels we have been in.
Our fault that we did not check on the parking situation. Parking was $27 extra per night.

Good location, very nice rooms, breakfast.
no.

It is greatly appreciated that the Residence Inn on Lake Union is available through Priceline. My wife and I enjoyed the stay and hope to do so again.
