The Residence in at Lake Union was perfect for my stay. It was close to downtown and the Seattle Center but a little bit of distance made prices far more reasonable. On-street parking is much cheaper than the hotel parking garage but carefully watch when metered times come into effect! Included hotel breakfast was perfectly fine and there are several very nice restaurants on the lake, right across the street. The room itself was roomy and very comfortable. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
We were overall very pleased with our stay including the nice restaurants directly across the street, the spacious rooms, and the view. There were some minor dislikes but we had a very enjoyable 3 nights here.

The hotel was wonderful in terms of comfort and amenities. All our questions/requests were responded to immediately. The rooms were exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Loved the location of the hotel. Overall, I would both recommend and stay at this hotel again!
