Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Portland Downtown Lloyd Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

it was really close to the convention center and had real comforters.
they have a random $40 charge on my cc that I have no idea what it's for or what?!

The free breakfast was cool, but because they're remodeling the wiring is all messed up and any time someone pushed the toaster button down, the whole room would blackout. Completely ridiculous. The pool was closed and everything was kind of a mess. Also, there wasn't a checkout time listed and so I got yelled at by a maid... at like 12:15.

Location, free breakfast, size of room, room price, free parking.
We left something in the room at checkout. I called housekeeping and never received a return call. My daughter went to pick up the item and the front desk could not access lost and found in housekeeping. Were not able to retrieve the item.

How large the room was. It was spacious and clean. I rarely want to spend much time in a hotel room, but this room felt like home.
Nothing substantial, but the hot buffet breakfast was a bit lacking. Hot food like eggs and burrito styled eggs were cold. due to renovations, the breakfast room was crowded, there wasn't enough waffle irons for everyone, there was always a wait for coffee

Great for saving money: free parking, hot breakfast. Friendly staff in and around the area. Try to book a room in the inner courtyard facing away from highway traffic is best.

Great room with full kitchen
The lobby and breakfast room were being remodeled so they were not very good. Oh we'll. everything else was great.

The room was comfortable.
The bed was uncomfortable, room was noisy due to upstairs people walking around & freeway noise. Breakfast was served in a very small room - way too many people competing over food.

The hotel was located in a great place.
We had trouble with some noisy people in the hall and on our floor. we had to call the front desk. There were kids running up and down the hall.

The room was great. Loved having a functional kitchen. We were able to walk to the Lloyd Center for an afternoon of shopping.
The front office was in the middle of a rennovation. It was somewhat difficult to find where to check in. The breakfast was in a spare room which got quite cramped.

Kitchen was great. Could walk to Lloyd Center to shop at Nordstrom's. Ample closets. Comfy bed.
A little noisy, close to busy streets. Having a full kitchen was great but the neighbors were always frying sausages and onions. Construction closed some public areas.

The room was spacious. Loved the fact that it had a kitchen. Tho we didn't utilize it as our stay was only one evening, it definitely opened up our eyes to Residence Inn for longer future trips. Price was great (bid thru priceline.
the only thing about the hotel was parking. there's only parking in the back, so if you're room was in the front (like ours) you had to walk thru the complex to the front. Not a bad walk, but it would have been nice to have parking closer to the room.

This is a great hotel to stay. It's more like an apartment complex than a hotel/motel. We were right next to Lloyd Center Mall for shopping and right on the otherside of the freeway you can find Voodoo Donuts Too!! We opted out of the free continental breakfast and was able to find a breakfast space just minutes away. *Great location *Great spacious and clean room *Great Value! ...read more
