Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Portland Downtown Lloyd Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 14, 2013

Great hotel, definitely recommend others to check it out. I was on the first floor and granted, you can hear people talking as they walked by the window but for me it was a minimal issue. Nice little patio area open to all to grill and have drinks if you like. Not far from the restaurants, shopping, coffee shops.

It looked like an apartment complex form the outside. I could see if I was staying here over an extended period how it would be better over all. For my one night stay, it was alright. The room was a great size, but the layout of the place was confusing. Especially with it being under construction. I was mot looking forward to the hot complimentary breakfast that was so boasted about online, but when I got there it was a bunch of people crammed into a hotel room with the bed and couch removed. It was very hot and crowded. I ended up just sampling some eggs and getting out as soon as I could. I would stay there again, but probably only if I was doing an extended stay to make use of all of the amenities I paid for. Also, I would wait until the construction is over for the breakfast and pool. ...

The pool was not open even though we were told it would be, but overall it was a good experience

The free breakfast was cool, but because they're remodeling the wiring is all messed up and any time someone pushed the toaster button down, the whole room would blackout. Completely ridiculous. The pool was closed and everything was kind of a mess. Also, there wasn't a checkout time listed and so I got yelled at by a maid... at like 12:15.

Great for saving money: free parking, hot breakfast. Friendly staff in and around the area. Try to book a room in the inner courtyard facing away from highway traffic is best.
