Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Naples
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 5, 2013

It was a great clean wonderful space. Friendly staff only issues were that they only offered smoke free and some parking issues

The pool was heated, yetextremely small. The exercise room was tiny. All areas are clean and the location isn't too far from downtown, approx. 3 miles. I still think that a 3 star rating is a star too high for this particular hotel.

I think if your looking for a nice, clean place to stay, this is it. The facilities are welcoming and we found all the staff to be friendly. They served a good hot breakfast and it was laid out nice with plenty of seating.

I loved staying at this hotel and would be likely to stay again. This was a staycation for my boyfriend and I as we live only 45 minutes away from Naples. I didn't like that the swimming pool was so small. Being there on the weekend it was very busy and a lot of people in the pool so there wasnt much room to actually swim. There are a lot of chairs and loungers available, a hot tub and even a very nice grill. The room was amazing! I loved that all rooms come with a kitchen and they are even equipped with pots/pans and plates and silverware. The other thing I did not like was when you take a shower all the water flows onto the floor because there is no barrier besides the curtain (the shower is flat). Otherwise it was a great stay, all doors are secure so you need to use your door key to get in. Free breakfast with the works! Omlettes, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit, yogurt (activia and yoplait) bagels, egg muffins and my favorite part...make your own waffles! ...
