Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. The sleeping and bath areas were separated from the living and kitchen areas. Breakfast was excellent.

Location was good. Checkin was fast. The guest services rep was friendly and efficient. The common areas are very clean. The room was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Overall the room was clean.
The room carpet needs to be replaced. The water went from luke warm to ice cold. Two people could not take a warm shower. The breakfast buffet was cold. The only hot item was the coffee.

Room was updated very clean and comfortable. Although another quests said her room was dated. I got a really nice room. Towel's were clean, bed very comfortable, room nice and bright. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
Was a little noisy but it was Christmas so lots of people coming and going.

Amenities
The condition of the rooms were not that good. At the check in of our first room we realized that The toilet was broken, so they changed it to another one. The second room was little much better but the bathroom's door was not easy to close.

Location and facility
The outlets are not that convenient. It would be great if the outlets could come out of the lamps.

Gentleman at front desk was very friendly and helpful, even though we arrived at midnight. Room was nice and plenty of room to relax and stay in comfort.
Main entrance from street not marked well. Missed it and had to make 2 U-turns to get back. Lobby is hard to find. Main entrance does not even look like an entrance. Room we got was in the very front of the building and faced the highway, heard traffic

Overall and given the price we paid, it was well worth it.
