Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn By Marriott Green Bay
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 9, 2013

I would not rate this hotel a 3 star as it is more along the lines of 2 1/2 star. The appearance on the outside is beautiful and the location is quiet. Inside, however, the rooms are a little dated.

My daughters were very disappointed that the pool was OUTSIDE, this little detail was not noted while booking the room. The only thing that made that okay was the hotel had an agreement with the local YMCA. We were able to drive to a near by pool. I was also disappointed that I specifically reserved a room with a fireplace and was not put in that type room. I was told I should have called ahead to RE-reserve that room. How is someone supposed to know that? Isn't booking once enough? They did not do anything to try to resolve the issue or make our stay any better. ...

I have stayed at this hotel before and would definitely stay here again. There is a nice hot breakfast with a lot of choices.

The Residence Inn would be ideal for a family or a new employee to the area looking for permanent housing. The suite-style set up is unique. The hotel is older and requires rennovation and is not equivalent to the caliber of the other 3 1/2 star hotels in Green Bay. The staff was outstanding - helpful and efficient. The location was satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The stairs for the upper level suites are steep and it was snowing and slightly icy. ...

Ideal for single business travelers or couples. Not ideal room set ups for families. Also no elevator to get to rooms on second levels--open faced steps leading to rooms. Didn't like walking around to back side of building late at nite with young kids.Breakfast is amazing and all the staff was very friendly.

I have to say this was a great place to stay the staff was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. The Hotel room was more than we expected for a one night stay. I would recommend this to anyone.

Far from a three star hotel. Nice having pint size kitchen but room is out of date with all other major chains in the three star rating in area. Stay in three star hotels west of river.
