Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn By Marriott Pittsburgh University/Medical Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

What a terrible hotel. The courtesy computer in the business center was at least 20 years old, still using floppy disk drives. No bell boy. Walk into the lobby downstairs smaller than my living room. Very worn hotel not worth the money/star level.

The hotel had a good location. The breakfast was very complete. Dining on the terrace was nice in the morning. Nice view from the room looking out at the city.
Paid parking fee was not included and not disclosed until we got there.

Each room had a nice kitchen, table, sofa, desk and comfortable bed. Bathroom was well lit and adequate size. Sofa made out to an extra queen. Elevators were adequate without a wait to get one.

Room size was great and the breakfast was top notch.
Old, outdated, and very smelly property. Very disappointing.

Great breakfast, awkward location, and awful odors all over the hotel made for an unpleasant stay.

Location is great.
Retirement home connected to the buildings via the outside area.

Great hotel that is close to everything.

Unique room, great view, excellent breakfast.
Not used to paying for parking, especially $15.

Seemed to be a pretty good value in Pittsburgh for 4th of July weekend.

Good, clean, easy to app Lift to go into town
extended stay in this area means lots of different cultures cook in, the hallway on our floor smelled like cumin and curry ALOT

good public spaces, great room, get to breakfast early or you will want to go elsewhere, it gets crowded fast.
