Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn By Marriott Fort Worth Cultural District

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in working order. A very nice complimentary breakfast and supper was provided.
Breakfast and supper food was not refilled in a timely manner, beer was not easily found (we never found it) and wine was warm. The two girls serving the wine and refilling the food were very friendly but spent too much time visiting each other.

Fantastic place to stay and located very close to the museums. No construction was occurring while we were there. In cooler weather, the park and water gardens would have been enjoyable.

Nice location for business. Target across the street and food options nearby. Quick trip to convention center.
King size bed was significantly smaller than most other kings I have slept on. Pretty sure it was a queen. Checkout staff was needlessly condescending when explaining why as Priceline customers we would not get a checkout statement.

Quiet, but cramped quarters for a conference share. Not really a true suite, but a room cut in half by an awkward wall.

It was spacious, clean and quiet, most of the time. Polite staff. Nice complimentary breakfast and appetizers with wine and beer every evening.
It took a long time to obtain hot water for a shower, thus wasting water. A train ran across the street every morning at 3 A.M.

Within walking distance to museums and restuarants.

Nice hotel. Fairly clean. I felt it was a little overpriced, but maybe because of its location.
There were train tracks right behind the hotel. Rooms were on the smaller side even though we had a kitchen and two rooms. Breakfast had sausage, but a lot of people thought they were cutting off the hot food before the end of breakfast serving time.

Decent hotel. I felt safe and hotel was clean. Overall, a little cramped.

Public areas were nice. Location worked for my needs.
Although bed was comfortable, the room is in need of updating given the rates they charge.

staff was wonderful. from front desk to cleaning crew to breakfast attendent, all went out of their way to greet with a smile and help in anyway they could.
construction noise was a bother but knew it was there when reservation was made.

this was my second stay at this hotel and overall was a great stay each time. having the walking trails thru the park was wonderful. alot of great eating places within walking distance was another plus. will continue to stay here at future visits to Ft Worth.

Great breakfast, helpful staff. Room was exceptional.

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was extensive for a hotel breakfast. Staff offered excellent options for local eateries, many within walking distance. Shuttle will take you whereversafe area with louse you need to go until 8pm.
