Overall it was not bad, but for the money, one should be able to expect clientèle who are upscale and respectable. The staff was helpful with some neighbors who were having a party and they allowed us to change rooms for the second night. The staff were also helpful with recommending local restaurants and hailing taxis if needed. The breakfast was alright but nothing spectacular. It was a good location!! It's close to everything but quiet at the same time (minus noisy neighbors in an old building). We really wished the air did not blow directly on the bed and that there were a door between the sleeping area and vanity (we had a studio). Other than that, the room was very nice. I wish we had had more use for the kitchen, but we were in Chicago, so we took advantage of all the wonderful cuisine. ...
