Hotel Guest Reviews of the Residence Inn Boston Harbor On Tudor Wharf

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Location to the TD Garden, North Station and Boston's North End is fantastic.

The front staff was friendly and welcoming. We tried to check-in early, however there were no rooms available, but they allowed us to relax in the lounge and watch the World Cup and we had a room within 20 minutes. The location was amazing and we walked to most local locations. The free breakfast buffet was one of the best I had, with lots of options.

Location is very closed to Downtown Boston, Chinatown. Breakfast is fantastic, lots of different food. Gym is a little bit small but the track-mills are uptodate. The pool and hot spa are clean. The outside harbor area is extremely beautiful at night.
Parking is a bit expensive.It's $40/day,night.

Location, staff and room
Parking was expensive but luckily there was a public lot that we were able to find an open spot and stay parked for the entire trip since everything is in walking distance.

The staff was professional and welcoming. The decor was airy and nautical with a rich and soft carpeting, and beautiful large windows overlooking the wharf and the Charles. Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, whirlpool hot and sanitized!
The valet parking was pricey, but the service was excellent. Unfortunately, it appears that the valet driver did not close the car doors well upon parking. This left the lights on which in turn drained the battery and required them to jump start the car.

This was an excellent stay-my family really enjoyed it. The restaurants close by are delicious, and the shops are quaint too. Just a beautiful location, although expansion of parking would be nice. Wonderful hotel stay!

Great location--easy walk (across a very unusual footbridge) to the North Station subway; very nice walking along the harbor toward the USS Constitution Fine breakfast--free breakfast, including eggs, bacon, good coffee, all the rest of it
Parking is very expensive at the hotel
