When you Name Your Own Price® for rental cars you can expect to save up to 30% over other leading sites.2 That's why we guarantee in writing that you'll always get the best possible price on your rental car. Here's how it works: If, within 24 hours of making your priceline.com Name Your Own Price® rental car purchase, you find a better publicly available price on another Web site for the same rental car brand, car class, location and dates, call us and we'll refund 100% of the difference.
You must have first purchased a rental car through priceline.com's Name Your Own Price® service. Your purchase will be evidenced by receipt and provision of a Priceline Rental Car Request Number. Save this number for your records.
The lower rate found must be found on another online, full service travel website. The rate must also be with the same rental company as purchased with Priceline.
The car type of the car with the lower rate must be equal to that of the car type purchased on priceline.
The location as well as pick-up / drop-off dates and times must match what is on the priceline reservation.
Priceline's "Best Price Guarantee" applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership, corporate, or employee rates and/or loyalty programs or coupons.
Priceline's "Best Price Guarantee" applies only to the actual Time & Mileage amount for the car and does not include any charges for Taxes and Service Fees charged by priceline or similar charges by any other online service.
You must call us to claim your refund within 24 hours of your priceline rental car purchase and prior to rental car pick-up. Call us at 800-PRICELINE.
At the time you contact us, the lower rate must be available for booking.
Successful claims will receive a credit, amounting to the difference between the two prices, to the credit or debit card used to purchase your priceline rental car reservation within 7-10 business days of confirmation by priceline.
Priceline's "Best Price Guarantee" does not apply if priceline refunds or cancels the rental for any reason.
Your claim will be reviewed and priceline will, at its discretion, determine whether you have met the requirements for the refund. The decision made by priceline is final.
