Renaissance Paris Arc De Triomphe Hotel

The hotel was perfect close to arc de triemph lots of restaurants nearby can walk to everything

Very clean room with a nice decoration. If you are tired of those old style hotels from europe this one is just perfect!

Excellent location, very professional and friendly staff, specially for being in pairs. The restaurant food is superb, breakfast, lunch and dinner. And modern rooms.

This hotel is not cheap, but it is worth the splurg once in a while.

This hotel in not at all what I expect and have experienced from a 5 star rating. This hotel should be a 3.5 star at best. It was safe and clean but otherwise, calling it a 5 star was a joke! The decor was tacky and cheap. The food was awful and the room service was non existent for numerous days. This was my 33rd visit to Paris and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff, in fairness, did try to be helpful and they were mostly nice but were unable to resolve simple requests for room service. I spoke to the maid myself and she still did not clean the room. The location is fine if you enjoy being in the throngs of tourists. If you indeed want a beautiful hotel with amenities, this is not it. And extra fees....the internet was 30 dollars a day? Huh? Moreover, the internet connection and speed were as slow as molasses!
