Parking is about $36/night, but I was able to find a $18/night spot a couple blocks away from the hotel.

This was a very nice and comfortable hotel.
It is close to the convention center but quite a walk from the French Quarter. Guess you can't have everything! Doors closed with a loud noise.

I really like this hotel. Ammenities were definitely upscale. Bed was comfortable. Bath towels were luxurious. But I wish that hotels could figure out a way to make the doors close more slowly and quietly including some way to put sound dampers in the halls. I was trying to sleep in the afternoon but housekeeping was apparently going into each room to check if they were ready. And every time someone would come and go from their rooms, I would hear it through the night... until I put in ear plugs. ...read more
