Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It's one of the few hotels that doesn't reek of smoke in Las Vegas

Clean, located outside the craziness of the strip, excellent friendly staff, 24/7 pool, free internet in public areas, free parking, right by the convention center and the rail station (you can go to the strip by rail)
The bathroom door has no locking mechanism, its just a sliding door, no privacy if you are sharing the room with a friend or a business associate. No free Internet in the room (15 dollars per day).

Location adjacent to convention center is spectacular. Rooms very nice, spacious and clean.
Layout of ground floor a bit awkward. Takes time to figure out what's where.

Great value. Especially if attending a convention. If not, it's a bit off the strip but still centrally located.

No Resort Fee! Was easy to get in and out of the hotel.
The hotel has air in the pipes and you can hear them bang in some rooms.

quality of hotel was excellent. I liked the fact that there is no casino at the hotel.

This was the best room that I have ever stayed in in Las Vegas. There is also not any "resort fee" at this hotel.

xcellent accomodating staff who take the time to learn your name.
Thin walls between rooms are very thin. The room next door had a party at 4 am that woke us up from a sound sleep. Calleed front desk, and the security guard was occupied elsewhere, and did not come to our floor until 30 minutes later.

After discussing the problem we had, the manager did wipe off all of our in room charges (2 restaurant charges plus wi-fi charge) to apologize for our inconvenience.

Very modern hotel with great staff. Always enjoyable to stay here. Nice restaurant and small cafe. Small pole but very comfortable.

Room was clean and updated. Lobby was also very nice and well kept.
In a seedy area of Las Vegas- not even close to the strip. Exterior was full of trash and wasn't kept up. Not like it was from the night prior- the garbage had been there for weeks. Also, dried vomit in the cab line at 9am isn't acceptable.

The interior was nice and well kept. The pool was pitiful- tiny and in the shade. Rooms were nice. Exterior blew it for the entire property.
