Couple
for 250 usd i could get a much better hotel and much better room. and they gave us a room in an area undergoing renovation and appologised for the noise. this was a great disapointment.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Many choices for restaurants. Breakfast was okay except most of the hot items were lukewarm or cold, pastries were stale, and many times staff was not at their stations. The many lobby hotel staff were outstanding and very willing to help with anything. The concierge station was understaffed. The lobby lounge was very nice until 7 pm. After that time they had a couple of off-tune singers singing very old 70s and 80s tunes plus the sound was so loud and so bad, you could not carry on a conversation. The rooms were clean with a nice deep soaking tub but the bathroom, including the toilet, is visible from the bed - even with the vertical blinds. We had to ask for an extra sheet to cover the window to the bathroom but that still did not offer much privacy and especially keep light from flooding into the bed if someone had to use the toilet in the middle of the night. It woke both of us up. The bed was very hard, no cushion at all. We both woke up with pain in our backs. If the hotel were cheaper, we would stay there again.
