Love the balcony rooms to watch planes takeoff and land. Their restaurant/bar is great especially for dinner and breakfast. Special thanks to Food & Beverage Director for going out of his way to be helpful to us during out stay!

The dining area was nice.
The room did not match the online pictures. Housekeeping was horrible. We were only allowed one face towel, the iron didn't work, the jacuzzi was broken/filled with dirty water, and no sanitizer in the gym.

It dfidn't bother us, but be aware: the atrium is lovely but has a vast party space so can be a bit noisy.

The food was good
The desk staff was great, but the guys parking the cars were not as nice. Did not like the house keepers knocking on my door starting at 9:30 a.m. & 10:55a telling me that check out was 11a only to find out I had until 12 noon

It's a nice luxury hotel. The inside staff was friendly and helpful. Helping us with keys that didn't work and bringing extra coffee creamer. The balcony was fun. We watched the planes take off and land. It wasn't too noisy.
The outside staff wasn't very friendly, there was a reading lamp burnt out.
