Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very friendly staff, nice room, courtesy car to take you within two miles of hotel.
Parking was expensive, if I recall correctly $32/day.

Beautiful place, the staff was very helpful rooms were impressive
The cost of parking in the hotel was completely nuts($36 per night!!!!!!!!!) so much so that for that reason alone mostlikely I will never stay there again and it was disappointing that there was no pool.

Battery dead on both phones in room. Clock was off 1-1/2 hours, could reset. $32 + tip to park 1 night. Should've been disclosed beforehand.

Location. Nice hotel.
Carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed when we checked in. Elevators stunk.

Very nice hotel with a great location, but it doesn't seem to be kept up properly by staff.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Giovanni at the check-in counter. Very friendly and warm.

Great stay...definetly will stay here again! They have a afternoon happy hour and offer you a nice glass of wine. Loved everything about this hotel.

Nice look
no pool and no self parking lot for hotel

Our sheet actually had a tear in it. The bottle water with the $6.00 price tag looked opened and refilled. Pay for internet at this level was a drawback.

The staff was very courteous and helpful with information about the hotel. They always offered information about places to go as well as directions if needed.
This was a family vacation and my daughter was very disappointed that there was no swimming pool. There was not much parking near by so you pretty much have to use the valet ($30) per day.
