The staff was very nice and very helpful.
It is a little dated and smoke from smoking rooms come through the vents into the non smoking rooms.

A Very Cheap Price.
It was very dirty and in need of a major overhaul. The back of the sink counter was missing. There was only one light bulb above the sink of six sockets. I was given another room but it was just as bad and smelly and dirty. Pay more money somewhere else.

Lady at the front desk was very nice. She was the ONLY good thing about this place.
The grimy floors, greasy handprints on everything, the large dog barking next door, the constant smell of marijuana wafting through, being scared to leave your car in the parking lot overnight because of the residents, the 4 cops that were there one night

We got 2 rooms, when our friends arrived they were scared to get out of the car. Were told no refunds so they took the loss and went to a different inn down the road. I complained about the large barking dog next door and was told to shut the bathroom door and it would make it sound quieter. There area bunch of people who live there in the rooms and they do their best to make you uncomfortable. They stare at you, stand outside your room, act like a bunch of teenagers and yell at each other. The cops showed up our first night to break up a domestic dispute 3 doors down. When we got there on day 1 our room was disgusting so I cleaned the floors and surfaces before we did anything. The pictures show carpet in the rooms, but they have tile in them so all of the sound anyone makes echoes. The air conditioner didn't work AT ALL. We had to leave the mini fridge open to cool down the room. TV had a couple of channels but they were all too blurry to read anything that was on. The staff and the residents of the Motel are buddies so if you complain about anything the residents give you weird looks. I parked my car under the street light so they could see I didn't have anything worth stealing. This place is just a crap hole. Dont waste your time or money. I stay at MANY MANY hotels and motels. This one is the worst one I've ever been to. Only the 2nd one I have ever had to clean before I could stay. Anyone who had a positive review of this place either 1) lives there or 2) is on drugs. more

The rate was quite reasonable for just needing somewhere to sleep and shower. Staff were helpful when I asked questions. Room contained a very small microwave and a small refrigerator.
I was charged for both nights when I checked in rather than when I checked out.

They did not really seem prepared for business travelers in that there were no hangers for clothes, no iron/board (though they helpfully made one available when I requested), no coffee in the room or continental breakfast. However, the heat in the room was easily adjusted for comfort, the water for showering was hot, and the room was accessible from the outside. If your hotel needs are simple, this is a good value for the price. more

It's location.
The room was TERRIBLE there were not enough towels & no shampoo One bed was held up by two 2x4's that stuckout of the sides about a foot. 1ST RM reeked of cigarette smoke, paid for 2 nites, stayed one,& refused 2 refund money 4 2nd nite. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY...OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER! Advertised pool...if you want to swim among the trash bags and algae. I used priceline to reserve a smoke free room in advance...the 1st room they assigned us was reeking w/cigarette smoke and had an ashtray on the table in it when I opened the door. Bathroom dirty...tub too slick to safely take a shower in. Front can see daylight through the crack in the door frame/door. I propped chair against it for security during night since it did not have secure latches on it. Carpet needed to be renewed 5 - 6 years ago. Front bed propped up by two 2X4's that stuck out a foot on each side of the bed. Pool had trash bags floating in it. Light bulbs out in room lights. No shower condiments in the room, and too few towels for family of three. Overall rating on a scale of 1 - 10 = 1 more

The staff was friendly the price was excellent.
The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked them to have been.

All in all I had a great stay, the people were nice and friendly. I did read the reviews on the hotel ahead of time and I brought things with me and I cleaned the room myself. I mopped up the floors and also brought with me my own pillows and blankets. I ended up going to Walmart and buying some towels because they didn't provide many and they were very small and thin, not good quality. I will be staying again because for the price it was excellent I will just be bringing the same things with me that I did before. more
