Our room was not cared for at all from 8:30am to 10:30pm on 8/16 while we were gone. t The do not disturb sign was not out nor were any personal items on the bed. We were told at desk that we would have to contact the manager for any reimbursement.

Curtious staff. Location convenient.
Beds hard. Breakfast not available during allotted times. Poor sound proofing. Had room by entrance door and couldn't sleep because of the noise.

Room cleanliness, good breakfast selection, fresh cookies.
Could have used additional staff in the morning as the single front desk girl had to also maintain breakfast selection and numerous questions from guests.

Affordable yet decent room. The room had an unpleasant smell but was clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good, although larger coffee cups would have been nice. The cups they provided were tiny.
When checking in I was given a key for a room that was already occupied. When I tried to enter the room- the deadbolt was on ( thank goodness!), and the light and tv were on. Very unsettling! The desk clerk apologized & immediately corrected this.

The staff was very friendly/helpful
The hallway a bit musty and walls thin/could hear too much of the hallway

Very good value/close to downtown Jamestown, only about a 5-10 min drive
