The check out person was very rude & none helping.I asked for a receipt in the AM as I require one & was told to print one off myself from online. The check in personal were the opposite. They were great

Location and price
Picked this hotel for the pool -I was visiting with grandchildren. The pool was closed,the night clerk basically said " oh well". She never stopped staring at the computer.the morning clerk said we could have used a pool at partner hotel next door!

Staff was pretty good to deal with.
The breakfast was horrible.

The early morning crew were rud and complained about there job every morning.

Location to where I needed to be.
The curtain in the room was filthy and stained. The heating did not work properly either freezing or too hot. The bottom of the bath tub was stained black!! Room 209. Breakfast was very limited, and at 8:30 AM there was nothing to eat!

The location was o.k.
It was dingy, the staff was not very pleasant, and the continental breakfast was the worst I have EVER had.

If you can, avoid this hotel. Spend an extra couple of bucks and go somewhere else.

It was close enough to the event I was attending, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
The front desk person was efficient but very cold. It was a very busy weekend, and perhaps she was trying to keep everything balanced.

This hotel is fine for all immediate needs for the traveler. It was clean, had Internet and cable TV, and decent beds. It is close to restaurants and not far from town, should you need more supplies or a more homestyle set of food.
