Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Roof Inn - Nashville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The super king is not worth the money. Non smoke room still smelled like cigarrette smoke

The price was fair, considering that it is essentially a 2 star and is about 10 minutes from downtown.
There is not enough on-site parking. It is easy enough to get to and from the hotel but during my 3 night stay, I had to park at the extreme end of the parking lot away from the hotel. No adverse consequences, though, other than the longer walk.

My overall experience was a pleasant one. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially in directing me to the hotel on my way into Nashville. I was completely lost and the young lady directed me quite well. Once I entered the directions into my smartphone to get to and from downtown, it was a breeze and not bad at all to go I-65, I-40, I-24 and back - 6 miles and about 10 minutes. This facility seems older and perhaps not quite as nice as some Red Roof Inns I have stayed at but I would gladly stay there again on my next trip to Nashville. The neighborhood looks a little run down but I talked to some other guests who said they always stayed at this facility and never had any problems whatwoever. ...read more

The bed was comfortable, but the hotel itself was just a dirty mess with poor service and minimal quantity in towels and pillows
