Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Roof Inn - Detroit/Rochester Hills

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness of it as well. Easy to get to. About what I expected for a two star hotel.
The bathroom was small, but that was okay for a one night stay.

Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about. Great place to stay overnight for a good price.

Entrance to each room from the outside. Meant close parking and unloading of car.
The bathroom was small. Not a real problem, but left you feeling a bit claustrophobic.

The price was very reasonable, and the location excellent for our purpose. Might go up a grade next time and get the refrigerator.

Good price.
Somewhat dated, no coffee in the room.

Nothing fancy but alright for a one night stay.

It was cheep and good for what I need it for. One night stay after a concert, passed out pretty quick.
The air conditioner didn't work, only the fan. The beds and pillows were hard as rocks. There was also body hair in the shower that was not mine.

It's just your basic low end hotel. But there is NO excuse for not keeping your hotel clean.

The room was not too big, but was good enough to stay.
Parking

I needed a quick place to stay within the area for a couple of days. No expensive, but decent enough. This was the right choice
