Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The Hotel is very nice and are very well maintained, the staff generally very friendly and helpful, the rooms are first class, spacious, modern and very clean.
Perhaps the only downside is that it is far from downtown, but they have a shuttle at fixed times, which helps to offset this problem.

The staff was really informative and friendly.
there resort fees of each night that was not explained until after yhe charges were on my credit card. There is also a lottery with the shuttle to the LV strip and airport, so you are not guaranteed this service/seat, and the shuttle time are limited

The hotel was really nice; a very realxing space.

Nice rooms and great service. This place is a great alternative to the strip hotels!
The hotel check in is a long walk from what I thought was the main entrance. If staying at the hotel, make sure you're parking in the right place.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Away from hustle and bustle of the strip and still close enough to drive to it. Sunken bar near the hotel lobby away from gambling. Dining choices. Bathroom. Bose radio. Views... the Strip at night.
Hot tub was closed; it would have been nice to soak and relax there in the evening. Pool was closed for winter which is understandable.

Large portions served at the Grand Cafe. Requested a courtesy toothbrush and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. Actually, we would have gotten it sooner but had the do not disturb sign on which they respected. They called later to let us know. Family friendly with theaters, bowling alley and some video games available.
