Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Red Rock to me is the perfect place to stay in Vegas. Now with the downtown Summerlin shopping area makes it even better. It is a much more pleasant place to stay than the idiocy on the strip.
Not much not to like, it would be nice to have a separate parking area for guests.

Clean modern rooms, friendly staff, bowling, movie theature and great pool. Nice casionsd witrh $5 - $10 blackjack and roulette. Good restaurants. Free shuttle from the airport.
Limited entertainment on site. Have to travel 25 miles or so to the strip to see a show. However, they do run a free shuttle to and from the strip, just makesure you're able to get to the last shuttle at 10:00 PM or its a $50 - $60 cab ride back.

The room was beautiful and large.
I didn't like trying to find which floor things were on. From the east garage finding the registration desk was a pain. Better signs needed. Resort Fee should be waived if not using any of those things. I didn't have time to use and F.D. refused.

The shuttle staff were excellent and very informative! The view was spectacular. Conference space and food was amazing. Everything was wonderful!
It was nice to be away from the busyness of Vegas, but it made it a little hard to get to the strip when we wanted to be there. However, having the shuttle service was fantastic to help!

Over all and excellent experience!

All good
Employee told us there was a bottle opener in the room (to open a glass water bottle that we purchased downstairs). There wasn't! We called down asking for one and it was never brought up

The rooms are spacious and modern. The only downside is they are a little dark.

Bathroom we fantastic- his and her sinks, big tub, seperate shower and toilet. Beds were the most comfortable we've stayed in. Small details in the decor was really nice. Hotel entry did not require walking through casino!
Weighted minibar - did not need a minibar and did not want to get accidentally charged for touching it. "free wifi" is reimbursed later- seems overly complicated. Also, small things in disrepair - lamp without bulb, half used toiletries in room.

Quality of service, good restaurants in the resort, view from the room, spa
Starbucks shop inside the hotel is not really Starbucks. Coffee really does not taste the same.

No fridge. Put the sign on minibar door and not on desk, to minimize guest confusion.
