Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver At The Quay

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I was very happy with the room. It was very clean, And up to date. I also loved the view from the restaurant. You can't get a waterfront view at a hotel for that price anywhere else!
The airplanes, but I got used to them.

I thought this was a great bargain! I was very impressed With the hotel. Unfortuately my family and I checked in too late (8:30pm/weeknight), so we didnt get to have dessert in their cool nautical themed restaurant. Great option if Portland is too $$$. Cute little streets and shops nearby.

It's an older hotel and well insulated rooms. No hearing someone in the other room or walk on the floor above.
The hotel is old and rooms have a musky smell.

The hotel is a solid 2 star hotel and is good for a basic nights rest.

The pool was outdoors and heated.
Rooms are outdated, worn, and small. Hallways very worn. Beds not comfortable. No screens on 3rd floor windows. Safety issue.

I would not stay at a Red Lion hotel again. Staff was friendly. Pool was great. But the rooms were not a 2 star room. Fitted sheets didn't fit the bed. Carpets worn. Rooms small and tacky. Complimentary soap and shampoo were in tiny. 4 bottles hardly enough for one use. Everything dated.

The most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a hotel! The teenagers agree!! And didn't hear neighbors or anything.
The side roads in the neighborhood were a little sketchy and bedspreads need to be washed more often.

It was like we were the only customers. We never heard any outside or other guest noises once we entered the room. Slept like babies on the most comfortable beds. One downside the toilet ran on and off all night. Fixed that problem the 2nd night by keeping bathroom door closed. Easy access to the highway also. Enjoyed the stay!
