Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver At The Quay

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great room, great view.
Bathroom is a bit cramped.

The view from the hotel is stunningly beautiful.
The room had major maintenance issues. Wallpaper pealing from the wall, radio was broken, handle on armour was broken, sheets had a ton of faric balls, light bulb missing, no pen and paper available. No, I don't think it was worthy of a 3 star hotel.

It was very economical and the room was also very nice - no frills which is fine. It was walking distance to several restaurants in the park in the downtown area.
There is lots of construction around the entrance to the hotel which made it very difficult to navigate at times. This is not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it did make travelling frustrating at times. The restaurant was also so-so - overpriced.

Location. Price. Staff.
Somethings need to be repaired and updated. Road construction annoying.

Staff was super friendly.
Construction. But that wasn't the hotel's fault. Vancouver is building a road that cuts thru the hotel parking lot.

Friendly staff. Public places and room really clean.
The room and building looks really old and there is a lot of mysterious construction going on around it. Expensive restaurant.
