The locat ion
The room keys did not work, often, toilet leaked from the bottom, constant large puddle on bathroom floor, exhaust fan not working, lights not working

This Hotel is getting more and more run down, wood rot on the outside, stained carpet, dark, needs a full remodel

proximity to Portland, Airport and price point
Apparently, their parking lot has been cut in two by a new road (W Columbia?) Parking lot was horrible, Late night staffer couldn't explain it well. We arrived in the dark and parking was confusing.

Pretty average - it's a Red Lion.

Breakfast was provided. It was so-so. The location was convenient.
The room smelled bad. Loud music was playing at the entrance and by our room so it was hard to sleep. There was a mouse in the hallway. Yuck!
